ABOUT ME
I am a relational psychotherapist practicing in Chicago. I specialize in areas like anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationships, and Iām known to employ humor as a part of my treatment.
MY PRACTICE
My approach is to help clients build on their strengths and practice self-compassion through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I value working with diverse clientele and enjoy being a sex positive and LGBTQ+ affirming clinician.
MY BACKGROUND
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Business Management, I earned a M.A. in Sociology from DePaul University in Chicago and a M.S.W. from the Jane Addams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
My previous work experience includes school social work with the Chicago Public Schools, community health, and private practice with Light on Anxiety Treatment Center.
